Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.
  • All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners with a proven track record to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • During peak seasons and festivals, deliveries may take longer due to high demand and logistics congestion. We recommend placing festival orders well in advance.

Delivery Address & Contact Information

  • We pack our mangoes in eco-friendly paper cartons or other legally permitted packaging materials.
  • Plastic packaging is avoided as much as possible, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

  • If you are unsure of your availability at the specified address, kindly provide an alternate address and phone number while placing the order.

No Refunds & No Replacements

  • Since mangoes are perishable natural products, we do not offer refunds or replacements once the order has been shipped.
  • In rare cases where the package is significantly damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures, and we will assess the issue.
